NS (Non-Slump)

Climate NS distributes the energetic “load path” uniformly over the entire exterior surface of a wood building. It prevents stress from accumulating at various point-loaded connections.

CLIMATE SL is a highly elastic, moisture-curing, self-leveling sealant designed for horizontal expansion joints and over joints on concrete, tile and masonry substrates.
This sealant can also be used for deep applications such as roof and foundation penetrations.
GP (General Purpose)
Adhesive/Sealant for Industrial & Construction Applications
CLIMATE GP is a general purpose adhesive/sealant for industrial and construction applications. As a sealant, it can be used on small masonry joints and metal seams. When applied as an adhesive, it can be used for bonding insulation, roof flashing, tile, interior and exterior trim, shower stalls, windows and doors.
Climate NS for wood-frame construction fortification
CLIMATE NS is a non-slump adhesive/sealant which can be used in vertical applications such as shear walls, roof-to-wall, “bird mouth” connections, roof rafter sheathing, sub-floor bonding, and many other wood framing applications.
When used for wood-frame building fortification, CLIMATE NS's exceptional elastic properties allow energy to dissipate throughout the building and recover to the original bond position. Climate adhesive distributes the energetic “load path” uniformly over the entire exterior surface of a wood building. It prevents stress from accumulating at various point-loaded connections.
CLIMATE NS also offers excellent adhesion to masonry, OSB board, glass, metal, gypsum board, FRP, EPS, PVC, and other engineering plastics. Because of its extraordinary elasticity, CLIMATE NS can be used in many joint-sealing and gap-filling applications in roofing or general construction.
Climate SL for use in various self-leveling applications
CLIMATE SL is a highly elastic, moisture-curing self-leveling sealant designed for horizontal expansion joints and over joints on concrete, tile, and masonry substrates. This sealant can also be used for deep applications such as roof and foundation penetrations.
CLIMATE SL is ideal for conditions with wide temperature variations because it can elongate up to 950% without tearing or breaking and return to its original dimension, making it an extraordinarily resiliant sealant.
CLIMATE SL levels to a smooth, glossy finish that seldom requires tooling. Where performance is critical, a primer may be required, as well as an appropriate-sized backer rod.
Climate GP for industrial and construction usage
CLIMATE GP is an excellent general purpose sealant/adhesive for many commercial, industrial and constructon applicatons including doors, windows, general construction, roofing, panel adhesive, weather sealing, masonry and joint sealant applications.
As a sealant, it can be used on small masonry joints and metal seams.
When applied as an adhesive, it can be used for bonding insulation, roof flashing, tile interior and exterior trim, shower stalls, windows, doors and a wide array of other purposes.
CLIMATE GP is solvent free, non-flammable, non-toxic and it can be used in confined spaces.

Excellent Adhesion
CLIMATE adhesive offers excellent adhesion to masonry,
OSB board, glass, metal, gypsum board, FRP, EPS, PVC, and
other engineering plastics.
Two Year Shelf Life
Two years from date of manufacture when stored at
70°F/21°C with 50% relative humidity. Low temperature and
relative humidity may prolong shelf life.

About Climate
After years of studying the damage caused by major weather and seismic events to wood frame construction, researchers made the decision to develop a technology that could minimize damage and improve the survivability of buildings and the people who live in them. This was the impetus to form Climate, a company dedicated to building survivability.
